VOSS Automotive, Inc. named among state’s Best Employers for fourth year in a row

This week, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce recognized VOSS Automotive, Inc., among the Best Places to Work in the Small Companies (15 – 74 employees) category by for the fourth consecutive year.

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group designed the program to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Indiana, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Businesses that want to participate in the program need to fulfill eligibility requirements, including:

  • Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity 
  • Be a publicly or privately held business
  • Have a facility in Indiana
  • Have at least 15 employees working in Indiana 
  • Be in business a minimum of 1 year

In a released statement, Kevin Brinegar, President, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, said, “These organizations come from a wide variety of industries yet they all have a common thread. They continually demonstrate to their employees through their culture, communication, career opportunities, benefits and more how much they value their contributions.”

The modernly designed, 50,000-square-foot headquarters of VOSS Automotive, Inc. is located in Fort Wayne.
